Mack graduated with Distinction from Southern Methodist University and received his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from Charleston School of Law, where he served as an Editor of The Charleston Law Review. For the first five years, Mack devoted 100% of his practice to prosecuting highly complex plaintiff-side consumer class actions at a medium-sized law firm. Mack has been appointed by Federal and State Courts as class counsel; obtained published, unanimous appellate and Washington Supreme Court decisions in his clients’ favor; and worked with the Innocence Project to free three wrongly convicted men and recover significant damages from Washington State. In forming his own firm—The Mayo Law Group PLLC—his practice evolved into representing companies and investors. His corporate clients, including a Fortune 1000 company, have found his wealth of plaintiff’s side litigation experience invaluable in protecting their best interests during high-stakes transactions, pre-litigation dispute resolution, and litigation.
Mack has been nominated as a Washington State Super Lawyers Rising Star and Top Spokane lawyer for seven straight years. Mack, who has a 10.0 Rating on Avvo.com, is a member the Washington Multifamily Housing Association, and Landlord Association of the Inland Northwest. He previously served as a Trustee to the Spokane County Young Lawyer’s Board, Vice Chair to the Washington State Association for Justice’s Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Committee, and a Member of the RE-START CPR Mentoring Program. Mack is often asked to publish articles and lecture on his areas of expertise in the State of Washington. He is Of Counsel at Paine Hamblen LLP in Spokane, Washington.
